1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Riri Pilates Limited ("we," "our," "us"), located at Unit 7, Day Street, Walsall,WS2 8EJ. By booking and participating in our classes, sessions, or any other services, you ("client," "you") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Booking Procedures:
All classes and sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system, by phone, or in person at the studio.
Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment has been received.
2.2 Payment Methods:
Payments can be made online via our booking system using credit/debit cards or other available payment options.
Payments may also be accepted in person at the studio.
2.3 Packages and Memberships:
We offer a variety of class packages tailored to fit different schedules and preferences. The terms for these packages include:
Class Packages:
Valid for a specified duration from the date of purchase. Details of validity periods will be provided at the time of purchase.
Non-transferable, meaning only the purchaser may use the credits unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Refunds are not permitted, except in exceptional circumstances, such as medical conditions with valid documentation.
Extensions may be granted for unused credits due to unforeseen circumstances, at our discretion and for a fee.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Class Cancellations by the Client:
Clients may cancel a booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled class time without penalty.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class time will be charged in full.
Cancellations can be made via our online booking system.
3.2 Class Cancellations by Studio11:
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be notified as soon as possible, and any payments made for the cancelled class will be credited towards future bookings or refunded upon request.
3.4 Refunds:
Refunds are not generally offered except in exceptional circumstances, as determined at our discretion.
Refunds will not be provided for unused classes or membership periods.
4. Health and Safety
4.1 Health Screening:
Clients are responsible for informing us of any health conditions, injuries, or other concerns that may affect their participation.
4.2 Participation:
By participating in our classes, you confirm that you are in good health and physically capable of performing the exercises involved.
You agree to follow the instructor’s guidance and use equipment responsibly.
4.3 Liability:
Riri Pilates Limited is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or adverse effects resulting from participation, except where liability is imposed by law.
5. Studio Etiquette
5.1 Punctuality:
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of your class. Late arrivals may not be allowed to join the class if it would disrupt the session.
5.2 Hygiene:
Clients are expected to maintain good personal hygiene and clean equipment after use with the sanitizing wipes provided.
5.3 Behaviour:
All clients must treat staff, freelancers, and other clients with respect. Disruptive, harassing, or discriminatory behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the premises.
6. Data Protection and Privacy
6.1 Data Collection:
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR.
6.2 Data Use:
Personal data will only be used for service delivery
6.3 Data Security:
We take appropriate measures to secure your personal data and do not share it with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Riri Pilates Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
